How the test-pack enquiry uses your information.
The enquiry and order forms do not store the information you enter on this website. Submitting a form opens WhatsApp or an email draft on your device. Your information is sent only if you choose to continue in that app.
Information supplied may be used to assess product matching, respond to your enquiry, arrange a paid test package if agreed, prepare a quotation, and record product feedback. It does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.
We use limited first-party server logs to understand website performance. These logs may record page views, visits to key sections, clicks on PayPal, WhatsApp, email and download links, use of the shuttle-speed assistant, form actions, referral campaign parameters, approximate device information, IP address and browser information. We do not place third-party advertising trackers and we do not include form contents in analytics events.
Analytics records are used to measure the enquiry and purchase journey, identify technical problems and improve the website. Server logs are access-controlled and should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for security and business analysis.
