How trial packs and confirmed orders are shipped.

Trial packs

The listed PayPal trial-pack price includes international delivery for the trial pack unless we state otherwise before payment. We will confirm the delivery name, address, phone number and available courier route before dispatch.

Typical sample preparation and dispatch timing is usually 3-7 working days after order details are confirmed. International delivery timing depends on destination country, courier route, customs inspection and local delivery conditions.

Wholesale shipments

Bulk orders are not automatically shipped from this website. Freight method, Incoterm, carton quantity, destination, lead time, payment milestones and shipping documents are confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.

Customs, duties and import charges

Import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees and courier handling charges are not included unless the written quotation says so. Buyers are responsible for confirming local import rules for their country or region.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if the parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us as soon as possible with the order reference, tracking number, photos of the parcel and product, and the delivery date.
